NBA 2K24 has been somewhat sneakily dropping new art assets into the game as of late as a big chunk of NBA City courts were added at some point with the NBA City jerseys. 2K has not officially stated how many have dropped, but it seems like 17 new courts are now in the game.
This information comes from our forums (and specifically OS user pjt8405), and 17 is the specific number because certain teams (Cavs/Heat/Knicks/Nets/Raptors) haven’t played on theirs yet, Mavs/Pels haven’t revealed theirs yet, and then the Bulls/Celtics/Grizzles/Lakers/TWolves/Trail Blazers won’t have one this year. To be clear, City Courts are different from the In-Season Tournament courts, which do not have a release date at this time. Maybe that’s something that happens after every court has been played on or when the next Season for NBA 2K24 rolls around.
With that said, you can use these in your existing saves so no reset of a franchise is needed or anything like that. You can also scope these out in Play Now if you just want to see how they look.
